Prostration is done after i’tidal thuma-ninah

How to Sujud

> Prostrate on the seven limbs (see figure), ie forehead / brow / forehead and nose (1), two hands (3), two knees (5) and the two ends of the legs (7). It is based on the hadith:

From Ibn ‘Abbas said: The Prophet sallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam said: “I am commanded to prostrate (in another narration; We are commanded to prostrate) to seven (7) limb; the forehead as well as the nose, two hands (in other lafadhz; two palms), two knees, the fingers of both feet and we should not be pushed back his sleeve and head hair. ”

> Done by pressing

“When you bow down, prostrate with the press.”
(Hadith issued by Al-Imam Ahmad)

“The Messenger sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam emphasize both knees and the front foot to the ground.”
(Hadith issued by Al Imam Al-Bayhaqi)

> Both the arm / elbow is placed on the floor, but raised and kept away from the sides of the ribs / stomach.

From Abu Humaid As-Sa’diy, that the Prophet shalallau ‘alaihi wasallam when prostrate then emphasize the nose and forehead on the ground and keep his hands from both sides of his stomach, his shoulder he put equal two. ”

From Anas ibn Malik, the Prophet shalallau ‘alaihi wasallam said:
“You guys make straight in the prostrations and do not spread out his arms like dogs out the leg.”
(Reported by Al-Jama Al-Imam An-except Nasa-i, this lafadhz for Al Imam Al-Bukhari)

“He raised both arms off the floor and away from the stomach so that the white color seen from the back armpit”

> Keep abdominal / stomach of both thighs

Abi Humaid about the nature of prayer Rasulillah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said: “When he bowed, he stretches between the two thighs (with) does not support the belly.”
(Hadith issued by Al-Imam Abu Dawud)

> Pressed his fingers

From Wa-il, that the Prophet shalallau ‘alaihi wasallam if prostration then pressed his fingers.

> Enforce your feet and close to each other / paste between two heel

Say ‘A-isyah wives of the Prophet shalallau’ alaihi wasallam: “I lost Messenger shalallau ‘alaihi wasallam when he was sleeping with me, then I found he was prostrate with both heels close up (and) confronts his fingertips to the mecca, I heard … ”

> Thuma-ninah and bowed down with old

As with the other pillars of prayer must be done with thuma-ninah. Also the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam when prostrate baiasanya long.

“The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam made bowing, standing after bowing and prostration prostrations also sits between two nearly equal length.”

Reading Prostration

Prophet read    SUBHAANA RABBIYAL A’LAA 3 times
(based on the hadith issued by Al-Imam Ahmad, etc.)
