Straight Your Shaf in Prayer !
The main pillars of Islam after the testimony of two sentences creed is to pray. Even prayer is the first practice will be judged on the Day of Resurrection. The Importance of Aligning Shaf & Threat is Not Hard to straighten
And among the things related to prayer that must be taken seriously and should not be underestimated is the problem straight and dense rows (rows in prayer).
Why is that? Because the threat was not vain, that is not a threat to straighten the rows. Described in the hadeeth issued by Al-Imam Al-Bukhariy and Al-Imam Muslim from Abu Abdillah Companions An-Nu’man bin Bashir, he said, I heard the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said (which means): “It’s right you straighten your rows or rows-(if not), then indeed Allah will hide among the faces you (making faces you disagree). ” (Narrated by al-Muslim Bukhariy no.717 and 436))
In the history of Al-Imam Muslim stated, “That the Prophet used to straighten our rows-rows as if he were to straighten the arrows so that when he saw that we have understood it, which is obligatory to straighten out the row (hence beliaupun started his prayer, pent) . Then one day he came out and stood up to almost his bertakbir for prayer, suddenly he saw a person who stands out a little chest, then beliaupun said, “O servants of God, truly you straighten your rows-row or (if not) then God will indeed turn away between the faces of you. ”
Behold, O my brother, the Muslims, his noble words, which he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam has explained nature of God to believers (which means): “Now hath come unto you a Messenger from your own people, he felt severe you are suffering, really wanted (the faith, goodness and salvation) for you, and very loving mercy again against those who believe. ” (At-Tauba: 128)
It is not said so but because he wanted the good of his community, the Muslims. No one will ever bring goodness into Jannah unless he show to his people to do it and no one will ever bring ugliness to hell unless he forbade his people to stay away.
In the above hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam is emphasized in order to align the rows in prayer with his saying (which means): “Really you straighten your rows or rows-(if not), then indeed Allah will palingkan inter-face -your face. ”
“Really you straighten your rows-row” in this sentence there are three emphasis and reinforcement, namely: the oath which is expected, and far taukid taukid lam. Likewise sentences later, “or the true God will palingkan between the faces you guys”, containing three emphasis and reinforcement: the oath, and the nun taukid taukid lam, that is, if you do not straighten out the row, then indeed Allah SWT will hide among faces you.
Meaning Turning / Berselisihnya Face
The scholars differed about the meaning of “berpalingnya or berselisihnya face”. Some of them argue, that its meaning is truly Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala will hide among the faces of those by turning something that can be felt senses, namely by turning the neck, so that his face was behind him, and Allah SWT Maha Capable of everything.
He is Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla who made some of the descendants of Prophet Adam (ie the Children of Israel) into apes, where Allah SWT said to them (which means): “Be you apes, despised” (Al-Baqarah: 65 ) then so be their macaques.
Then Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala able to play the man’s neck so that his face was in his back, and this is the torment that can be felt senses.
As for the other scholars argue, that the dispute here is intended maknawiyyah dispute, namely berselisihnya heart as the heart is to have the direction, then when the heart was agreed to a one-way, one view, one faith and conviction and one manhaj, it will get a lot of goodness . However, on the contrary, if the heart would be disputing the ummah broken to pieces.
So that the dispute referred to in this hadith is a dispute the liver, and this is the interpretation of the most authentic / true, as there are in some lafazh hadith, “or the true God will palingkan between caution you.”
For this reason, it is meant by the word of his, “or the true God will palingkan between the faces you guys”, that is your perspective, that this is the case with liver berselisihnya.
Align obligatory Shaf
However, in this hadith there will postulate obligatory to straighten out the row, and that required for the congregation to
row-row to straighten them, and if they do not straighten shafnya, then indeed they have been preparing them selves to get the punishment from Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala, wal’iyaadzu billaah.

The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam also sometimes walked among row-row to straighten it with his glorious from the first until the last row.
As more and more people in the caliphate of ‘Umar Ibn al Khattab,’ Umar ordered someone to straighten out the row if it has been echoed iqamah. If the person who commissioned it has come up and say, “Shaf has a straight ‘then’ Umar was bertakbir to start the prayer.
Likewise, this is done by ‘Uthman ibn’ Affan, he commissioned someone to straighten out the row-row man, then when that person comes and says, “Shaf has straight”, beliaupun bertakbir to start the prayer.
All this suggests that high for the attention of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam and Khulafa Rashideen `ur in trouble straightening rows.
Most Muslims are hard to Regulated
However, it is very regrettable, now you will find the congregation does not care about the problem straight rows, one slightly forward, which is one more bit backwards, does not care about straight rows.
Sometimes they’re straight on the first rak’ah, then when the bow came the gap, one slightly forward and the other slightly to the rear, and they do not straighten out the row in the second rak’ah, they even stay that does not straighten out the row in raka ‘ at the second and so on, this is a mistake.
Even more surprising of all is when there is someone who understand the necessity of straightening rows, he acts as imam, then he too carries out the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam which is examining the congregation and commanded them to straighten the rows, you will find some of the congregation reluctant, unwilling straight and tight. There is even a prominent forward or backward, or their legs are not meeting with each other. In the circumstances they already know the above hadith. Wallaahul Musta’aan.
May Allah Ta’ala Wa Tabaraka leadeth all Muslims to be the ones who obey Him and to His Messenger sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, in which the nature of the believers is a good wa sami’naa atha’naa ( We hear and we obey), not sami’naa wa ‘ashainaa (we hear and we break it). What is clear is obligatory for the priest and the congregation to straighten and tighten the row.
If Only There Priest & A congregation
If anyone asks, “If there is only priest with a congregation, whether priest advanced a little forward or parallel to the congregation?”
The answer is parallel to the congregation let priests, priests are on the left while the congregation on the right priest, if only because there are priests and a congregation alone, it means there is only one row, the congregation may not be alone in the back of the priest, even the truth is they both are in a row that is parallel to the congregation the priest. Being in a row will occur straightness in rows.
Evidence for this is when the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam night prayers, come Ibn’ Abbas standing at his left side, then he pulled Ibn ‘Abbas and making it right next to his right. (Agreed upon)
This is different to what was said by some scholars, “Behold, the priest should forward a little forward”, because this opinion is no arguments, even arguments menyelisihi precisely this argument, which should parallel between priest and congregation when they were alone.
Do not Stand There’s a chest!
Later in the history of the others mentioned, “Behold, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam used to straighten our rows-rows (the Companions) as if straight arrows.” Then be contingent they are actually perfectly straight, so that no forward or backward even slightly.
He used to align the rows as straight arrows, so when he saw that his companions had understood it, that they understand and know that the rows should be straight, beliaupun start his prayer. Word of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam (which means): “Really you straighten your rows-rows” why is simply because he saw someone prominent chest, namely the person’s chest stand out a bit.
What if he saw rows-rows that exist now? The one forward, one back, they bent rows, not straight and not a meeting? Can we imagine what will be spoken by the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam when he saw such a state?
Let Prayer Imam Shaf Checking
This hadith shows us that among the instructions of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam is that he always check rows, straightened and flattened rows. If there are not straight or not meeting the even straighten beliaupun-threatening as the story above, to the person who developed a bit of shafnya with this threat, “Really you straighten your rows or rows-(otherwise) it is truly God’s will inter turn your faces. ”
