Refuge Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam from Five Case

Muslim sisters who glorified God ..

Surely our noble Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings’ alaihi wasallam is a uswah, our example in our lives.

لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة لمن كان يرجو الله واليوم الآخر وذكر الله كثير

“Indeed there has been at the Prophet himself was a good role models for you (that is) for those who expect God’s grace and salvation on the Day of Resurrection, and remember Allah much.” (Surat al-Ahzab: 21)

Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam taught his people matters ordered by God and practice it so that his people can practice it. Among them is the prayer after the final tasyahud before greeting. Prayer was always the Prophet taught his people to always read each before greeting. So important is this that whenever Sunnah prayer to pray to God pleading the protection of the four cases, namely:

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من عذاب القبر, ومن عذاب جهنم, ومن فتنة المحيا والممات, ومن شر فتنة المسيح الدجال

“O Allah, Verily I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, torment of Hell, slander and life after death, and evil slander of Christ Dajjal.” (Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim)

In another narration,

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من عذاب القبر, وأعوذ بك من فتنة المسيح الدجال, وأعوذ بك من فتنة المحيا والممات. اللهم إني أعوذ بك من المأثم والمغرم

“O Allah! Verily I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave. I seek refuge in You from the fitnah Messiah Dajjal. I seek refuge in You from the fitnah of life and after death. O Allah, Verily I seek refuge in You from sin and debt. “(Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim)

Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam recommends to his own people to invoke protection of these four cases each time we prayed and repeated every day. This shows the importance and magnificence of this prayer.

The first, the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam Jahannam refuge from punishment.

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من عذاب جهنم

Jahannam, he is the worst place spot back again. Hell Jahannam mentioned by the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam has 70 times as much heat from the fire world. It has been described by the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam in a hadith narrated by the companions of Abu Hurayrah, “(The heat) fire you (Bani Adam) turn in this world is part of seventy Jahannam the heat of hell fire.” The Companions asked, “By Allah, the fire of the world it is enough, O Messenger of Allah!” He is Allaah alaihi wasallam said, “the real heat of the fire flames hot hell over the world as much as sixty-fold.” (Narrated by Muslim, no. 2843)

Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam then mentioned how scary the punishment of hell. The population is maximally be incorporated to the extent that the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam preach that the dental resident at Mount Uhud hell. That is so that people feel more of the punishment of hell.
From Abu Hurayrah said, “Of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said,’ The distance between the two shoulders of the disbelievers (in hell) as the distance the vehicle to climb rapidly over the past three days.” (Narrated by Bukhari: 5661, Muslim: 2582).

From Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said, “(Large) molar teeth or fangs unbelievers (in hell) as the mountain of Uhud, and thick-skinned sejarak three-day trip.” (Narrated by Muslim: 2851).

Their skin is so thick that burned with fire burning to the skin that too charred. And if the skin is charred and then Allah will replace it with another skin.

Allah Ta’ala says,

إن الذين كفروا بآياتنا سوف نصليهم نارا كلما نضجت جلودهم بدلناهم جلودا غيرها ليذوقوا العذاب إن الله كان عزيزا حكيما

“Those who disbelieve Our revelations, We shall enter into hell. Each of their bodies charred skin, skin We replace them with other skins, so they feel adzab. Surely Allah is Mighty, Wise. “(Surat An-Nisa: 56)

Muslim sister .. Therefore, it is proper we seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of hell devilish vices.

Secondly, the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam refuge from the punishment of the grave.

ومن عذاب القبر

Punishment of the grave is the first time hereafter. Punishment of the grave is the determination of a servant. If he survived in his grave, then he will be safe again in the days hereafter. And conversely, if he did not survive in his grave, the more he will not survive in the life hereafter.

At the time of Uthman ibn Affan radi ‘anhu saw the grave when the pilgrimage, beliaupun crying. Then asked by his friend, “O Uthman, spoken in heaven and hell do not you cry, now see the graves you cry!” Uthman said, the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam once said,
“Tombs are the first hurdle hereafter, who now succeeded in it afterwards more easily, who is miserable there, then afterwards will be more difficult. It is not I see a view that is more terrible than the grave “(Narrated by Ahmad, Tirmidhi)

Then it is fitting for us to take refuge from the grave adzab. And deservedly well as we seek refuge in Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala as we stay away from matters that could cause us punished in the grave. Do thou, O my sister, what led to a servant punished in the grave? There are two causes, common causes and special causes. Among the common cause, O my sister, is any disobedience to God. That causes a servant in punishment in the tomb. As for specific reasons, O my sister, then demonstrated by the arguments of the Shari’a. Mentioned in the hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said to Gabriel and Michael’ alaihissalam as in the hadith that long,

فأخبراني عما رأيت. قالا: نعم, أما الذي رأيته يشق شدقه فكذاب يحدث بالكذبة فتحمل عنه حتى تبلغ الآفاق فيصنع به إلى يوم القيامة, والذي رأيته يشدخ رأسه فرجل علمه الله القرآن فنام عنه بالليل ولم يعمل فيه بالنهار يفعل به إلى يوم القيامة, والذي رأيته في الثقب فهم الزناة , والذي رأيته في النهر آكلوا الربا

“Tell me about what I see.” Both of them replied, “Yes. The people you see torn mouth, he is a liar. He spoke with lies and lies was quoted from him until widespread. So he was tortured with the punishment until the Day of Judgement. The people you see broken head, he is the person God has taught the Qur’an, but he slept the night (and not wake up for night prayers). In the daytime she does not practice it. So he was tortured by the ordeal until doomsday. As you see people being tortured in the furnace, they are adulterers. The people you see on the river of blood, he was the one who ate the treasure of the usury. “(Narrated by al-Bukhari no. 1386 of Jundab bin Samurah radi ‘anhu)

That is partly adzab tomb disclosed to the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam. Therefore, O my sister, seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the grave, because it is a grievous chastisement before we continue the journey to the afterlife.

The third, the Messenger of Allah wa sallam shallallahu’alaihi shelter from slander life and after death.

وأعوذ بك من فتنة المحيا والممات

“I seek refuge in You from the fitnah of life and after death”

Defamation of doubtful life and lust. A servant was tested by God with a doubtful (error of understanding) and syahwatnya. Exam form of defamation is doubtful as heavy weight test of a servant because it could ruin of his religion. Prophet sal-Allaahu ‘alayhi wasallam only refuge from these slanders are duhai sister. He took refuge in God in order not to be a disaster in his religion. He Allaah alaihi wasallam was praying,

ولا تجعل مصيبتنا فى ديننا

“(O Allah), and thou shalt not make misfortune befall our religion.” (Narrated by at-Tirmidhi)

Because of this sessungguhnya is the worst disaster. A servant of the sinner, is a disaster in his religion. A servant who commits heresy, is a disaster in his religion. A servant who violate the prohibitions of Allah, it is also a disaster in his own religion. Plight of a servant in the matter of the world’s lighter, O my sister. Someone was given poverty, disease given a person, a person is given starve, perhaps it does not change his religion. However, when someone is given a test of doubtful and lust and then he followed it, know it could destroy his religion. That was the greatest calamity. Wal iyyadzubillah.
