Rights of Husband From Wife

Allah Ta’ala says:
يا أيها الناس اتقوا ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وخلق منها زوجها
“O mankind! Fear your Lord who created you from one soul, then He created its mate.” (Surat an-Nisa ‘: 1)
Allah Ta’ala says:
وللرجال عليهن درجة
“And for men who have a high position above them (women).” (Surat al-Baqarah: 228)

Rights Of Wife From Husband

Allah Ta’ala says:
وعاشروهن بالمعروف
“And accompany them (your wives) in a good way.” (Surat an-Nisa ‘: 19)
From Abu Hurayrah radhiallahu anhu he said: The Messenger sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said:
اللهم إني أحرج حق الضعيفين اليتيم والمرأة
“O Allah, I have set a sanction for the rights of two people who are weak, ie the rights of orphans and the right of a woman.” (Narrated by Ahmad no. 9289, Ibn Majah no. 3668, and declared hasan by al-Albani in Ash- Saheehah no. 1015)
